Whaikaha – Ministry of Disabled People are inviting the Wellington community to meet and have a kōrero (chat) and a cuppa with Whaikaha Chief Executive Paula Tesoriero MNZM.
Wellington Central afternoon tea
Where: Te Pokapū Hapori - Wellingtons' Community Centre, 105 Manners Street, Wellington Central
When: 2.30pm - 3.30pm, Friday 3 February
Lower Hutt morning tea
Where: Petone Community Library meeting room, 7 Britannia Street, Petone, Lower Hutt
When: 10.30am - 11.30am, Friday 10 February
NZSL interpreters will be at both events.
This is a chance for people to raise any pātai (questions) or just to meet Paula kanohi ki te kanohi (face-to-face). Whaikaha encourage you to head along and be part of these community engagements around the motu.
