As advocates for disabled people and their rights, we are conscious that disabled workers are often undervalued in the workplace.

Becoming an Accredited Living Wage Employer is one of the ways we affirm the value of our team's skills and experiences and uphold disabled workers rights.

A Living Wage means that our employees get the hourly wage they need to earn to pay for the basic necessities of life. It considers basic expenses, and gives breathing room for rest, activities, or saving for a rainy day. It’s good for collective wellbeing, and our economy.
