'Let's Share' is the theme for Neighbours Aotearoa, which will take place from 1–31 March 2023.
Neighbours Aotearoa (formerly Neighbours Day Aotearoa) is a community development initiative dedicated to growing, connecting and strengthening neighbourhoods across the country. It is a place-based and local approach – neighbours linking up in their local communities.
Each year in March Neighbours Aotearoa encourage everybody to do something small - or large - that lets you know a neighbour that bit better. There are many ways you and your neighbourhood can take part - it can be as big or small as you want to make it.
Neighbours Aotearoa has connectors across the motu who spread awareness and work alongside communities to organise activities and events. They will be your go-to people for any advice, tips, or support.
