The Personal Advocacy and Safeguarding Adults Trust (PASAT) is advertising for a General Manager.
The General Manager works with the Chair and Board of Trustees to develop and deliver the organisation’s strategic, business and funding plans. They will be responsible for developing and leading a team of professionals and will manage the operations and service delivery of 27 staff who support over 620 people annually.
Other key responsibilities include financial and people management, leading communications, managing relationships and providing accurate reports to the Board.
