Careerforce are advertising for a Product Manager to assist in developing, managing, and delivering their annual product management plan.
Careerforce is the Transitional Industry Training Organisation for the health, aged care, disability, mental health, social services, cleaning, and pest management sectors. Their purpose is to enable the workforce to enhance people’s health and wellbeing.
They are looking for someone to fill the Product Manager role who has lived experience of disability and is able to demonstrate understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
The Product Manager will:
- Assist in developing, managing, and delivering the annual product management plan.
- Be responsible for a product suite, this includes managing the product suite from product roadmap to organisation readiness and product/service delivery.
- Ensure that customer and industry needs are met through a continuous process of product design, planning and lifecycle management within the product suite that they manage.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Careerforce to drive short- and long-term revenue and profitability.
