Inclusive Aotearoa Collective Tāhono (IACT) are looking for a new Co-Lead.

For the past year, they have been using a co-leadership model to guide their mahi. The co-leads work together to guide their kaupapa, providing strategic oversight as well as leadership across all elements of their work. The co-leadership role has been critical in leading team development, building their capabilities and connecting them with communities and whānau externally.

They are recruiting for a new co-lead to work alongside their existing co-lead, Anjum Rahman (founder of the IACT project). This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build on prior work and help guide IACT towards their vision.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week), working remotely with some travel.

The new co-lead will have:
•    Strong leadership and team management skills
•    A future-oriented, strategic mindset
•    Some experience with facilitation
•    Knowledge and a deep passion for ensuring Te Tiriti is embedded in IACT's mahi day to day, both internally and externally.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in Te Reo, kawa me ona tikanga, is desirable.
