DPA made a submission to the Christchurch City Council on the South Library and Service Centre building.
DPA would like to see the South Library and Service Centre upgrade be fully inclusive and incorporate Universal Design standards throughout as part of the retrofitting process. We make several recommendations to ensure that the facility, including the parking area and café, are inclusive.
