DPA submission - Hamilton City Council Speed Management Plan

In this submission, we outline our views on the three main areas Environment Canterbury activity covered in the Long Term Plan: environmental protection and regulation community preparedness and response to hazards, public transport.

In this submission, our recommendations are that the Bill is withdrawn and that rehabilitative programmes for disabled people in prison and post-prison environments are more comprehensive and provided according to Enabling Good Lives principles as outlined in the Disability Action Plan.
