If you and your whānau have been significantly impacted by COVID-19 you can now apply to providers for funding support through the Direct Support fund. Funding is limited with each disabled person within a whānau able to apply for up to a maximum of $2,000 as long as funding is available.

The Covid-19 disability helpline 0800 11 12 13 can provide assistance with: vaccines, applying for face mask exemptions, advice on Covid-19 testing guidance with managing Covid at home, and backup if a support worker is unavailable to provide for a person’s urgent needs.
