The Government has asked the Productivity Commission to prepare the Terms of Reference (TOR) for a new inquiry into the drivers of persistent disadvantage within people’s lifetimes and across generations.

This week the Human Rights Commission launched Framework Guidelines on the Right to a Decent Home in Aotearoa and announced that it will hold a national inquiry into housing.
